Delivery

Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, anywhere in the country. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before it ships.

The driver calls the mobile number on the order before arriving, so keep it reachable on the delivery day.

Returns

You can return anything unused, in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery.

To arrange a return, contact us with your order number and we will agree the pickup or drop-off together.

Payment

Pay in cash when your order arrives — nothing is paid online, so no card or bank details ever pass through this site.

Your details

We keep what an order needs: your name, number, and address, and the orders themselves. They are used to deliver and to reach you about your order — nothing else, and they are never sold or shared.

Want your account and its details removed? Contact us and we will delete them.
